Job Description

• Sound knowledge of expense approval procedures, required documentation, expense classification/categorization, and working with Vendor Management Systems.
• Analyze invoices, bills, tax exemption certificates, and other supporting documents for expense approval.
• Book and record expenses in the General Ledger (GL), including applicable Withholding Tax (WHT) and Sales Tax (ST) deductions.
• Knowledge of and experience with accruals, amortization, month-end activities, and reconciliation of General Ledgers.
