HBL is seeking a Manager Devices Management Unit to lead device management operations, MDM integration, security, monitoring, support, and infrastructure optimization. The role focuses on ensuring high device availability, strong security, regulatory compliance, efficient incident resolution, and reduced operational costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end device onboarding, provisioning, monitoring, and decommissioning.
• Ensure smooth MDM integration for new and existing devices.
• Automate device tracking to reduce manual errors and operational delays.
• Lead a 24/7 support team for proactive issue detection and resolution.
• Maintain real-time dashboards for device health, security alerts, and performance monitoring.
• Implement escalation procedures to minimize downtime and meet defined SLAs.
• Enforce security policies, including updates, patches, and access controls, across all devices.
• Prevent data breaches, unauthorized access, and compliance violations.
• Conduct regular audits to meet regulatory and industry standards, including SBP and PCI-DSS requirements.
• Hire, train, and manage L1/L2 support staff, MDM administrators, and operations analysts.
• Develop SOPs for troubleshooting, ticket management, reporting, and operational processes.
• Reduce incident resolution time through a centralized helpdesk.
• Build internal expertise to reduce dependency on external vendors.
• Optimize device utilization to reduce procurement and maintenance costs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications in ITIL, Cybersecurity, or MDM platforms are preferred.

Minimum Experience

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in device management, MDM solutions, or IT infrastructure.
• Experience with MDM platforms such as VMware Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, or JAMF is preferred.
