Job Purpose

National Foods Limited is seeking a Regional Support Executive – Hyderabad to provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the Regional Sales team and help them achieve their sales objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the Sales team, including preparation of invoices, quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders and resolve fulfilment-related issues.
• Coordinate with the Sales team and distributors regarding outstanding and delayed payment claims.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, product, and other sales-related data in relevant systems.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among Sales team members.
• Generate sales reports, analyse sales data, and prepare performance metrics for management.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing assistance for new Sales team members and other relevant personnel.
• Coordinate with Shopper Marketing and Marketing teams to ensure sales materials are updated and readily available.
• Assist Sales and Marketing teams in planning and executing sales activation events.
• Monitor sales-related expenses against allocated budgets and report variances.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to streamline workflows.
• Review and recommend improvements to sales-related SOPs to enhance efficiency and coordination.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints and ensure complaints are properly logged with the CRM team.
