Bestway Cement Limited is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and serve as a strategic business partner to finance leadership and management. The role will provide timely visibility into business performance, current position, future outlook, and key opportunities and risks to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function.
• Lead the annual budgeting process.
• Manage quarterly forecasting activities.
• Oversee monthly closing and management reporting.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual statutory audits.
• Lead monthly performance reporting, analysis, and management presentations.
• Conduct industrial performance benchmarking and analysis.
• Plan and schedule FP&A activities while ensuring strict adherence to timelines.
• Support feasibility studies, business valuations, and financial modelling as required.
• Drive automation and process improvements within the FP&A function.
• Manage day-to-day group requirements related to financial data and analysis.
• Lead team management, development, and succession planning.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams on matters related to the role.

Education & Experience

• CA or ACCA qualified.
• 7–8 years of total relevant experience.
• 2–3 years of managerial-level experience is mandatory.
• Experience in a listed company or Big 4 firm at managerial level is mandatory.
• Experience in the cement industry will be an added advantage.
• SAP experience will be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate should possess strong financial planning, analytical, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering capabilities, along with proven leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
