📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach calls to prospective and existing donors.
• Perform data scraping to identify and generate new donor and corporate leads.
• Follow up on meetings, proposals, and donor communications.
• Maintain and regularly update CRD records, donor databases, and activity logs.
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach to connect with potential donors, corporate representatives, and strategic partners.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups.
• Strengthen donor retention through consistent engagement.
• Increase the number of donors and outreach calls conducted daily.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager in support of CRD operations.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, LinkedIn, and data scraping.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and strong in follow-up and record keeping.
