🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly deposit targets, including NTBs and ETBs, with a strong focus on CASA.
• Achieve assigned cross-functional business targets.
• Improve customer service TAT through prompt handling of complaints and enquiries.
• Ensure branch efficiency through effective processes and improve QA, FTC and audit performance.
• Implement bank policies and procedures in accordance with SBP guidelines.
• Drive required business growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership for staff performance management and productivity.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of banking experience. Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.

Age Limit:
Up to 55 years as of the date of application.
