Job Summary

Faisalabad Serena Hotel is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee restaurant operations within the F&B Services department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, supervising restaurant teams, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise and guide restaurant staff to maintain professional service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address customer concerns effectively.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Support staff scheduling, performance management, and team development.
• Maintain strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and other departments.
• Assist in achieving operational and business objectives.
• Make effective decisions during busy and challenging service periods.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of restaurant services and guest experience.

Academic Qualifications

At least one of the following qualifications is required:
