Position Details
Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager (OG-II)
Educational Qualification
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university, college, or institute recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in financial institutions.
- Candidates with banking sales experience, particularly in deposit mobilization, will be preferred.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Sales management and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a field-based sales environment with frequent market visits.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and performance-driven approach.
- Good geographical knowledge of the place of posting.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Windows and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for account opening, deposit growth, and consumer financing across Conventional and Islamic Banking.
- Achieve cross-selling targets for consumer asset and insurance products.
- Conduct daily customer and market visits for both new-to-bank and existing customers.
- Manage and grow the customer portfolio by strengthening existing relationships and acquiring quality new customers through market visits, referrals, networking, and other business development activities.
- Develop and maintain a business pipeline to support deposit and consumer asset targets.
- Utilize experience with diverse customer profiles to recommend suitable liability solutions.
- Manage the liability portfolio by understanding customer behavior, balance trends, and business cycles.
- Proactively identify customer attrition risks and implement suitable retention and growth strategies.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to maintain knowledge of competitors’ products and offerings.
- Maintain high service quality standards while interacting with customers.
- Resolve customer queries and issues in an efficient, amicable, and resourceful manner.
- Ensure activation and deepening of dormant, digital app, ATM, and other tail accounts.
- Participate in periodic mass customer contact drives, market storming activities, and similar initiatives.
- Maintain MIS and business reports related to the portfolio as required by Management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable banking laws, instructions, regulations, and procedures.
- Address internal and external audit requirements and observations related to business activities.
- Implement measures to minimize recurrence of audit observations.
- Ensure a Shariah-compliant environment is maintained at Islamic Banking windows within the region.
- Ensure all processes are completed within the specified turnaround time (TAT).
- Follow all Bank policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
