We are looking for an experienced Architect Designer to join our team at the Head Office in Lahore. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating retail and commercial development projects from initial concept through successful execution.

Key responsibilities include preparing architectural designs, working drawings, BOQs, and project documentation while ensuring compliance with design standards, budgets, and project timelines. The role also involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, monitoring project progress, managing billing and documentation through Microsoft Dynamics AX, conducting site inspections, and providing technical support throughout project execution.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Architectural Design and Space Planning
• Expertise in Working Drawings and Construction Detailing
• Experience in BOQ Preparation and Cost Estimation
• Knowledge of Project Billing and Documentation
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX – Project Management Module
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience

• 6–7 years of relevant experience in Architectural Design and Project Execution
