The Relationship Officer Asset will be responsible for developing customer relationships, promoting loan products, achieving assigned sales targets, and ensuring compliance with MMBL policies and procedures. The role involves identifying business opportunities, assessing customer profiles, conducting field visits, supporting loan recovery, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute approved sales and service plans to achieve assigned growth objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote and sell loan products according to bank policies and SOPs.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets through ethical and genuine lending practices.
• Identify potential customers and new business opportunities within assigned areas.
• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five Cs of Credit.
• Clearly communicate product terms, conditions, and requirements to customers.
• Conduct physical verification of prospective clients.
• Ensure timely loan repayments and proactive collection activities.
• Maintain proper handling and security of customers' legal documents.
• Guide customers regarding appropriate loan repayment procedures.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans in consultation with the Line Manager.
• Conduct customer meetings according to defined product programs.
• Process loan bookings in accordance with bank policies, procedures, ethics, and standards.
• Maintain updated knowledge of MMBL products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities and potential markets.
• Maintain internal service standards and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers.
• Report suspected fraud, financial loss, or other irregularities to the relevant management.
• Ensure compliance with MMBL policies, product SOPs, SBP regulations, and internal controls.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
• MBA will be preferred.

Experience:

• Fresh candidates or candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
