Job Summary

MTJF Foundation is seeking a motivated and experienced Outreach Officer – Female to support community outreach, youth engagement, awareness campaigns, volunteer mobilization, and field activities. The successful candidate will build relationships with schools, institutions, students, teachers, and community stakeholders while maintaining accurate outreach records and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a minimum of 15 outreach sessions per month at schools, institutions, and communities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, teachers, students, and community stakeholders.
• Facilitate youth engagement, volunteer mobilization, and awareness activities.
• Support the planning and execution of campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives.
• Maintain accurate outreach records, attendance, feedback, and session reports.
• Collect field updates, success stories, and relevant data for reporting and evaluation.
• Manage approved awareness materials and assigned resources with proper accountability.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in outreach, community engagement, education, or NGO programs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong presentation, coordination, and public speaking abilities.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and conduct outreach activities independently.
