The role involves building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and providing accurate, science-based information on infant nutrition solutions in accordance with the WHO Code, local regulations, and Nestlé’s ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong, value-driven relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors and paramedical staff.
• Provide high-quality scientific detailing on infant nutrition products, including appropriate usage, features, and benefits.
• Strengthen Nestlé’s position as a credible source of information on infant and maternal nutrition.
• Execute territory plans to maximize healthcare professional coverage and engagement.
• Support ethical market share growth within the legitimate prescription space, where breastfeeding is absent.
• Organize scientific activities, including group presentations, speaker sessions, and roundtable discussions.
• Support participation in medical conferences and professional forums.
• Maintain accurate records of healthcare professional interactions through CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prescribing behaviors.
• Provide actionable market insights to relevant internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and execution.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of company assets and materials.

Compliance & Ethics

• Strict adherence to the WHO Code and the applicable Local Code of Breast Milk Substitutes is mandatory.
• No direct or indirect business engagement with pregnant women or mothers of infants.
• All professional activities must comply with Nestlé policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in nutrition or pharmaceutical detailing.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work independently in dynamic and challenging environments.
• Experience organizing scientific, medical, or professional engagements.
• Excellent communication, planning, and execution skills.
• Proactive, accountable, and team-oriented approach.
