🎯 Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Product Manager Agri will be responsible for managing and expanding agriculture-sector issuing and acquiring business while driving product performance, customer adoption, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage agriculture-sector issuing and acquiring business, including P&L and annual business targets.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to increase penetration and usage of Kissan Cards and acceptance-related volumes.
• Develop agriculture-sector product strategies, product enhancements, modifications, and new solutions.
• Conduct regular market scans, trend analysis, opportunity assessments, and product evaluations.
• Work closely with government and private-sector organizations from bid preparation through implementation.
• Coordinate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth issuing and acquiring operations.
• Manage relationships with card networks and payment schemes, including Mastercard, PayPak, VISA, and others.
• Develop and initiate marketing and awareness campaigns and ensure effective execution across relevant channels.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for agriculture-related issuing and acquiring products.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal departments, ISO partners, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Manage card inventory, plastic, stationery, POS devices, and related requirements while ensuring committed TATs are met.
• Monitor and enhance customer experience related to agriculture-focused digital and payment solutions.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized or foreign institution.

Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of banking/non-banking experience.

Age Limit:

• Maximum 55 years as of the application date.
