Position Summary

The Production Planner will be responsible for developing short-term, finite-capacity production plans that are feasible, realistic, and properly sequenced according to available production resources and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop feasible production plans within the DPS period based on available production capacity, labor, and materials.
• Identify practical challenges related to plant shutdowns and promotional activities during the DPS period.
• Prepare optimized replenishment plans for raw and packaging materials to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Coordinate directly with designated suppliers to manage timely material deliveries.
• Define appropriate stock policies and inventory management approaches for assigned SKUs.
• Identify potential issues related to the supply and demand of raw and packaging materials.
• Engage suppliers in Supply Chain improvement initiatives that create shared value for Nestlé and its suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business continuity and efficient production operations.

What Will Make You Successful?

• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Distribution Operations, Supply Chain, or Warehousing.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP MH Modules.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and successfully implement projects.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and planning abilities.
