The Relationship Officer Asset at MMBL is responsible for building strong customer relationships, promoting asset products, achieving assigned sales targets, evaluating prospective customers, and ensuring responsible loan disbursement and recovery in line with the bank's policies, procedures, ethics, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales and service plans to achieve business growth objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote and sell the bank's loan and other relevant financial products.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets while maintaining ethical banking practices.
• Identify new business opportunities, prospects, markets, and potential customer segments.
• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five Cs of Credit.
• Explain product terms, conditions, and requirements clearly to customers.
• Conduct physical verification of prospective clients where required.
• Ensure timely loan repayments and proactive collection in accordance with bank procedures.
• Follow all policies regarding customer documents and ensure their proper and secure handling.
• Guide customers to deposit loan repayments through authorized cash counters and channels.
• Avoid unauthorized cash handling while performing Relationship Officer functions.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans in consultation with the Line Manager.
• Conduct customer meetings according to defined product programs.
• Process loan bookings in strict compliance with bank policies, procedures, ethics, and standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct market assessments and research to identify new selling opportunities.
• Ensure internal service standards are met and customer complaints are minimized.
• Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships with the bank.
• Report suspected fraud, potential losses, or irregular activities to the relevant Line Manager/HOD.
• Ensure compliance with bank SOPs, internal controls, and State Bank of Pakistan rules and regulations.
• Protect the bank's reputation and minimize financial, operational, and market risks.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution is required.
• MBA will be preferred.
• Fresh candidates or applicants with 0–1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
