The Sr. Executive QAC Telco will be responsible for managing end-to-end Telco and Non-Telco activities within the assigned grid(s). The role focuses on ensuring network availability, managing network operations within allocated OPEX budgets, optimizing network utilization, handling Managed Services (MS) matters, leading field teams for issue resolution, and improving operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Network Availability: Monitor grid performance and field-team activities while ensuring compliance with network KPIs and timely preventive/corrective maintenance of access networks and generator sets.
• OPEX Management: Manage grid operations within the allocated OPEX budget and identify opportunities to optimize expenses, including electricity and DG fuel costs.
• Team Management: Manage cluster owners, riggers, and fueling teams while supporting capability and competency development. Coordinate with regional FOPS managers and TGLs for monthly targets and KPIs and evaluate team performance.
• AC/DC/CP & DG Infrastructure: Lead FLM teams in resolving operational power-related issues involving DC and DG systems to maintain smooth network operations.
• RMS/EASS/NETECO & Operational Tools: Utilize operational systems and tools to identify gaps, diagnose issues, and ensure timely closure of operational matters.
• MS Management & Leadership: Guide and drive Managed Services teams toward efficient and timely resolution of operational issues and improvement of overall KPIs.
• KPI & Performance Improvement: Achieve basic KPI targets with available resources and implement performance improvement strategies aligned with regional RCTO targets.
• Infrastructure & Partner Coordination: Work effectively in challenging environments through close coordination with OMOs and B2S partners to achieve optimal TCHA performance.
• Data Analysis & Special Tasks: Analyze operational data and independently implement special assignments related to achieving regional KPI targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

Work Experience

• More than 5 years of experience in the FOPS domain.

This position is suited for experienced telecom/FOPS professionals with strong operational leadership, power-system knowledge, field-team management, and network performance improvement capabilities.
