Position: Head of School

The Head of School will lead and oversee the academic and administrative operations of Discovery Centre Gujranwala. The role is responsible for setting strategic direction, enhancing educational outcomes, strengthening operational effectiveness, and ensuring alignment with organisational policies and leadership expectations.

Qualification

• Master’s degree in Management or another relevant field.

Experience

• 12–15 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 6 years of teaching experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in education administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the school’s academic and administrative operations.
• Set strategic direction and drive school improvement initiatives.
• Enhance teaching, learning, and overall educational outcomes.
• Ensure effective implementation of curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Develop staff capabilities and improve performance.
• Strengthen operational effectiveness across the school.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and leadership expectations.

Skills & Expertise

• Expertise in teaching and learning methodologies and curriculum implementation.
• Experience in vision setting and school improvement initiatives.
• Strong staff development and performance enhancement skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
• PBL Training and/or IB/PBL experience is an advantage.
