Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Graduation is required. Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
• Candidates with foreign qualifications must possess an HEC equivalency certificate.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Consumer Banking or Retail Banking.
• Candidates with a proven track record in Islamic Banking product development will have an added advantage.
• Strong experience in Shariah-compliant banking will be highly preferred.
• Age limit will be governed by the Bank’s HR rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute consumer banking sales strategies to achieve business growth and targets.
• Align consumer finance strategies with Shariah governance and compliance frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop product teams, sales teams, and credit analysts.
• Ensure product pricing models are aligned with profit-rate mechanisms and Shariah governance requirements.
• Drive automation and digitization of Islamic consumer finance processes.
• Define and strengthen credit approval processes for Auto Finance, Home Finance, and Personal Finance segments.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of proposals and required reports to the Head of Retail Banking.
• Identify and implement process improvements, particularly those aimed at reducing the turnaround time for credit decisions.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by Management.
