To lead and support mineral exploration activities across Pakistan, including identification and evaluation of prospective mineral deposits, geological mapping, data interpretation, and assessment of economically viable exploration opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct geological reconnaissance, field surveys, and detailed geological mapping in prospective mineral-bearing areas.
• Undertake mineral exploration activities, including geological investigations, sampling, data collection, interpretation, and resource assessment.
• Process and interpret multispectral satellite imagery and other remote sensing data for mineral prospectivity analysis.
• Apply GIS tools for geological data integration, spatial analysis, modelling, and preparation of exploration maps.
• Identify and evaluate prospective areas for economically viable mineral projects.
• Support exploration planning, target generation, resource evaluation, and development of mineral prospects.
• Prepare technical reports, exploration reports, feasibility studies, and project evaluation reports.
• Coordinate and supervise field exploration activities, contractors, and technical teams as required.
• Maintain accurate geological databases, maps, field records, sampling records, and exploration documentation.
• Travel extensively across Pakistan and undertake field assignments in remote and challenging locations.

Qualification & Experience

🎓 Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Geology, preferably with specialization in Economic Geology, Mineral Exploration, or a related discipline.
💼 Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience in mineral exploration, geological mapping, and resource evaluation.

Specific Requirements

• Willingness and ability to undertake extensive fieldwork in remote and challenging areas across Pakistan.
• Willingness to travel frequently and spend extended periods at field/project sites.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
