The Educators is seeking an experienced Manager Academics – Matric Specialist to lead academic resource development, training initiatives, data-driven academic management, and quality improvement, with a strong focus on Matric-level academics.

Qualification

• Minimum Master’s Degree, preferably in Education, from a reputable university.

Experience

• 10–12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in Matric-level academics is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage training programs and academic resource development.
• Develop and manage Matric-level academic resources and initiatives.
• Manage and effectively utilize MIS for academic data and reporting.
• Analyze academic data and trends to identify gaps and improvement areas.
• Prepare reports and insights to support academic decision-making.
• Monitor academic performance and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with academic teams to ensure effective implementation of academic plans and resources.
