Bank of Khyber is seeking qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Branch Services Officer.

Qualification

• Minimum Graduation is required.
• A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or any relevant field from an HEC-recognized university or reputable foreign university will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of branch banking experience in a bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day branch banking operations.
• Ensure efficient delivery of branch services to customers.
• Handle operational and customer service-related matters in accordance with bank policies.
• Maintain accuracy, compliance, and service quality in branch operations.
• Support the branch team in achieving operational and customer service objectives.
