Job Purpose

The Sales Return Officer will analyze and process SKU-specific information related to near-expiry and excess National Foods products at the shopkeeper level. The role also involves market visits to assess inventory concerns and support timely stock reshuffling and returns.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales return activities at various distribution centers according to business requirements.
• Assist the Market Stock Freshness Manager with day-to-day activities.
• Coordinate stock reshuffling activities with Sales Executives (SEs) and Zonal Sales Managers (ZSMs).
• Follow up with the sales team to ensure timely stock reshuffling.
• Verify and inspect forms, reports, and records related to product reshuffling.
• Maintain accurate data of all reshuffled and returned stock.
• Manage wholesale aging stock counts.
• Compile monthly reports related to stock reshuffling and returns.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs for handling shop and distributor inventory.
• Participate in daily and weekly meetings with SEs and ZSMs regarding highlighted stock.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar or related role.
