A leading retail organization is seeking energetic and customer-focused 3P Sales Associates to support sales and customer service for boys’ and girls’ products. The successful candidates will assist customers, maintain product displays, support third-party brand sales, and contribute to achieving departmental sales targets.

🎓 Qualification

• Minimum Matriculation or Intermediate qualification.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, confident, and presentable personality.
• Basic knowledge of children’s clothing, footwear, accessories, and related products.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

💼 Experience

• 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Associate, Salesman, or Retail Sales Executive is preferred.
• Experience in children’s apparel, footwear, department stores, or retail environments will be an advantage.
• Experience handling third-party (3P) brand products and sales is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable boys’ and girls’ products.
• Provide accurate information about product sizes, colors, features, prices, and availability.
• Maintain attractive, organized, and fully stocked product displays.
• Keep shelves, racks, and display areas clean and properly arranged.
• Support 3P brand/product sales and maintain product presentation according to company standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the relevant team for replenishment.
• Regularly check product tags, prices, sizes, and promotional materials.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Promote ongoing offers, promotions, and relevant products to increase sales.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall department performance.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards.
• Handle merchandise carefully and report damaged, missing, or defective products.
• Coordinate with supervisors and 3P brand representatives when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Department Supervisor or Store Manager.
