The Corporate NOC Engineer will be responsible for shift-based corporate support, incident detection, ticket management, and first-level troubleshooting of corporate customer services. The role involves rapid response to network issues, accurate incident documentation, timely escalation, and effective coordination with technical teams to minimize downtime and maintain SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle corporate customer complaints and support requests during NOC shifts.
- Proactively monitor network links and corporate customer services using NMS/EMS tools.
- Detect and acknowledge alarms and open incident tickets with appropriate severity and priority.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of IP/MPLS links, fixed data, fixed voice, and transmission services.
- Validate customer complaints using ping, traceroute, interface status, and NMS tools.
- Identify physical, logical, and network-related issues and escalate them appropriately.
- Log, update, and maintain incident records in the ticketing system.
- Provide real-time updates to L2 teams, field teams, and relevant stakeholders.
- Follow up on open incidents to support timely resolution.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to L2/L3 engineers within defined timelines.
- Proactively notify customers about major outages and planned maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate shift logs covering incidents, escalations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily incident reports and detailed shift handover notes.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications.
- CCNA or equivalent certification is preferred.
Experience
- Preferably up to 1 year of relevant experience.

- Familiarity with transmission technologies such as PTN, DWDM, SDH, and OTN is an advantage.
- Knowledge of network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
