Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager DFS Reconciliation to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely reconciliation of the bank’s clearing accounts, digital payment systems, and interbank settlement pipelines.

The selected candidate will oversee daily reconciliation processes, manage exceptions and discrepancies, help minimize financial and liquidity risks, prepare MIS reports for management, and support junior reconciliation officers.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform daily reconciliation of high-volume transaction pipelines.
• Reconcile real-time payment systems such as RAAST, IBFT, and other clearing networks.
• Manage both regular and deferred settlement cycles.
• Perform daily General Ledger (GL) to bank statement matching.
• Investigate, track, and resolve unreconciled balances, discrepancies, and open entries.
• Monitor branch and suspense accounts to ensure timely reconciliation.
• Identify aging entries, operational discrepancies, and potential financial leakage points.
• Escalate financial or liquidity risks to the Unit Lead or Risk Management team when required.
• Support month-end closing activities by ensuring clearing GLs are balanced, verified, and settled within deadlines.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Conduct outstanding position tracking, reconciliation efficiency analysis, and aging analysis.
• Coordinate with IT, Treasury, and Branch Operations to resolve system errors and transaction failures.
• Help improve reconciliation processes and streamline transaction data lifecycles.
• Guide and support junior reconciliation officers.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
• Relevant qualifications may include:
  • BBA
  • MBA Finance
  • M.Com
  • Finance, Accounting, or Banking-related degrees
• Part-qualified professional certifications such as:
  • ACCA
  • CA
  • Professional Banking Diplomas

Professional certifications will be considered an added advantage.
