The selected candidates will be responsible for managing branch operations while ensuring compliance with banking policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

• Minimum education requirement is Graduation.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a relevant discipline will be preferred.
• Degree must be from an HEC-recognized university or reputable foreign university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a bank.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, compliance, and branch procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and managerial skills.
