The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, decision-making, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day Human Resources operations.
• Support recruitment, interviewing, selection, and onboarding activities.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee development initiatives.
• Supervise HR activities and ensure effective coordination across departments.
• Support employee training, learning, and development programs.
• Handle employee relations and workplace concerns professionally.
• Prepare HR reports, documentation, and management updates.
• Contribute to strategic HR planning and organizational development.
• Maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure HR practices align with organizational policies and applicable requirements.

Academic Qualification

• MBA – Human Resources (HR)

Required Certification

At least one of the following certifications is required:
