Nishat Chunian Limited is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager Electrical to oversee electrical engineering operations, renewable energy initiatives, and energy optimization activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee utility-scale solar PV projects, ensuring efficient performance and effective application of expertise in battery chemistry, power management systems, and energy modeling.
• Integrate and manage Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions to support grid stability and optimize energy utilization.
• Conduct energy audits, monitoring, and facility assessments to identify opportunities for improved energy efficiency.
• Lead electrical engineering teams and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and relevant industry standards.
• Support electrical system planning, performance improvement, and project execution across industrial facilities.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in power plants or heavy industrial electrical systems; 7 years preferred.
• Proficiency in electrical design and energy modeling software.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of electrical systems, renewable energy, BESS, and energy optimization.
• Ability to lead teams and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
