Job Summary & Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned hub/team business targets and support balanced growth across SME, Commercial/Corporate, and SBP financing schemes.
  • Acquire new-to-bank customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify opportunities for funded and non-funded business and structure suitable proposals.
  • Provide financial advice and banking solutions to existing and prospective customers.
  • Develop cross-selling opportunities for deposits, RFD/ACD products, cash management mandates, and other banking solutions.
  • Prevent fresh NPL additions and support reduction of existing NPLs.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and ensure timely recovery of installments, markups, and other bank charges.
  • Maintain compliance with the Bank’s operational procedures and State Bank of Pakistan regulations.
  • Ensure proper customer screening and eligibility assessment for Bank products and services.
  • Maintain credit discipline in accordance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and Credit Policy Manual.
  • Prepare and process credit proposals and renewals, including financial analysis and credit risk assessment.
  • Ensure credit processing turnaround times are met as per internal procedures and applicable SBP requirements.
  • Complete all pre- and post-sanction/disbursement formalities within defined timelines.
  • Monitor compliance with approved credit terms and ensure timely updating of insurance, stock reports, valuations, audited accounts, and other required records.
  • Conduct periodic customer business calls and maintain proper visit reports.
  • Facilitate customers in making informed decisions by presenting suitable banking options.
  • Maintain confidentiality and secrecy of customer information.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and regularization of assigned portfolios.
  • Maintain satisfactory audit ratings and ensure timely resolution of audit and SBP observations.
  • Ensure fair and equal treatment of all customers in accordance with Bank policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of banking experience.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with relevant SME/business banking experience.

Age

  • Maximum 55 years as of the date of application.
