📝 Job Responsibilities

The Relationship Officer Asset will be responsible for:

• Implementing approved sales and service plans to achieve business growth objectives.
• Developing relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Selling bank products and services according to defined SOPs.
• Achieving assigned sales targets through ethical and genuine business practices.
• Promoting loan products and increasing the customer base.
• Identifying new business opportunities and prospective customers.
• Evaluating customer profiles using the 5 Cs of Credit.
• Clearly communicating product terms and conditions to customers.
• Conducting physical verification of prospective clients.
• Ensuring proactive loan collection and timely repayments.
• Handling customers’ legal documents with appropriate care and confidentiality.
• Guiding customers to deposit loan repayments through authorized cash counters.
• Following approved collection procedures when field collection is required.
• Preparing weekly field activity plans in consultation with the line manager.
• Conducting customer meetings according to product program requirements.
• Processing loan bookings in compliance with bank policies, procedures, ethics, and standards.
• Conducting market research to identify new selling opportunities and potential markets.
• Maintaining strong and long-term relationships with customers.
• Addressing customer needs while ensuring compliance with fair-treatment policies.
• Reporting suspected fraud or potential losses to the relevant manager/HOD.
• Ensuring compliance with bank SOPs and State Bank of Pakistan rules and regulations.
• Maintaining high standards of internal controls to protect the bank from financial, operational, and market risks.
