🎓 Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

💼 Experience

• 4–7 years of banking experience
• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience.

🎂 Age Limit

• Up to 55 years as of the date of application.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly deposit, NTB and ETB targets with a focus on CASA.
• Achieve assigned cross-functional business targets.
• Improve customer service turnaround times through prompt handling of complaints and inquiries.
• Ensure branch efficiency through effective processes and improved QA, FTC and audit performance.
• Implement bank policies and procedures in accordance with SBP guidelines.
• Drive required business growth and ensure compliance with applicable procedures.
• Lead branch staff performance management and productivity.
