Department/Function: Logistics & Fleet Operations

Stylo is seeking an experienced Specialist Logistics & Fleet Operations professional to manage and optimize logistics, transportation, and fleet operations. The role involves ensuring efficient distribution, vehicle utilization, regulatory compliance, vendor coordination, cost control, and timely deliveries across the company's operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize primary and secondary distribution operations.
• Oversee company-owned and outsourced fleet operations for maximum efficiency.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, including delivery timelines, cost per trip, fuel efficiency, and service levels.
• Develop transportation routes, load plans, and dispatch schedules.
• Manage relationships with transporters, fleet vendors, and service providers.
• Negotiate transportation rates and manage service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure preventive maintenance, vehicle fitness, insurance, and legal compliance.
• Monitor fleet and logistics expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage fleet safety, driver discipline, training coordination, and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with warehouse and retail teams to resolve delivery issues and operational escalations.
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review and decision-making.

🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• Professional certification in Logistics / Supply Chain will be an added advantage.

💼 Required Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in logistics and fleet operations.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, fast fashion, or distribution environments is preferred.
• Exposure to both company-owned and outsourced fleets is required.
