Allied Bank Limited is seeking Business Development Officers to manage sales activities and achieve monthly business targets. The selected candidates will be responsible for:

• CASA deposit mobilization
• Consumer products
• Cross-selling of banking products and services
• Mutual Fund products
• Effectively managing sales activities and achieving assigned monthly targets
• Developing a strong understanding of market business dynamics
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and banking operations
• Maintaining knowledge of banking controls, trade finance, and related areas

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university in Pakistan or abroad. Preference will be given to candidates with a specialization in Commerce or Business.

CGPA/Division: Minimum CGPA of 2.5, 2nd Division, or at least 45% marks in the Graduation Degree under the percentage system.

Age: Not more than 35 years as of January 31, 2026.

Experience: Experience is not mandatory. However, candidates with experience in deposit mobilization and sales may be preferred.
