The Senior Executive Cloud Pre Sales & Project Management will support the planning, development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of cloud platforms and cloud-based products. The role will also provide technical and commercial pre-sales support to regional sales teams, contribute to product innovation, conduct market research, manage strategic partnerships, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, launch, and lifecycle management of Enterprise Public Cloud products and services.
- Collaborate with Technology, Platform, and Operations teams to design and launch IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, AI, and managed cloud services.
- Develop product roadmaps, positioning, go-to-market strategies, pricing, and commercial models based on market research and competitive analysis.
- Oversee pricing automation, billing integration, UAT, service readiness, and product documentation.
- Identify new product opportunities and build strategic technology partnerships.
- Manage RFIs, RFPs, business cases, and end-to-end product development activities.
- Provide technical and commercial pre-sales support to regional Sales teams for enterprise cloud opportunities.
- Support customer engagements through solution presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and technical consultations.
- Prepare solution architectures, BoQs, technical and commercial proposals, and RFI/RFP responses.
- Coordinate with internal teams to validate solution feasibility, resource requirements, and implementation timelines.
- Track regional opportunities and gather customer feedback to enhance the product roadmap.
- Deliver product training to Sales and Business Support teams.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Experience in cloud product planning, development, implementation, and lifecycle management.
- Hands-on understanding of cloud infrastructure, virtualization, networking, storage, security, containers, Kubernetes, managed databases, and disaster recovery.
- Experience in technical and commercial pre-sales, solution design, customer presentations, and RFI/RFP responses.
- Knowledge of cloud pricing strategies, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, pricing automation, and billing integration.
- Experience with UAT, product launches, and customer and technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of emerging cloud technologies and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated and customer-focused, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
