Meezan Bank Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Relationship Manager – Shariah Advisory at its Head Office in Karachi.

Eligibility

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• ACCA qualification from an HEC-recognized institute/university will also be considered.
• Certifications such as ACSS or CSAA will be preferred.
• Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of relevant banking experience.

Skills Required:

• Relationship Management, Client Advisory, and Stakeholder Management
• Strong analytical and documentation review skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of Islamic Finance and SBP/SECP regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial reviews of clients' business structures, operations, processes, policies, procedures, systems, and controls, and propose appropriate changes from a Shariah perspective.
• Assist the line manager in structuring and developing new products and Sukuk structures.
• Review constitutive documents, trust deeds, and clients' marketing materials.
• Provide day-to-day Shariah technical services and support to clients.
• Facilitate liaison between clients and SCD/RSBM for the resolution of Shariah non-compliance issues.
