Allah Wale Foundation is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager Youth & Leadership Program to lead its youth and leadership portfolio. The selected candidate will build strategic partnerships and empower the next generation of leaders.

About the Role

• Manage AWF’s entire Youth & Leadership portfolio.
• Lead program design and implementation.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships.
• Drive representation and leadership initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Master’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Education, Public Policy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree holders with exceptional relevant experience may also be considered.
• M&E and leadership expertise is a plus.

Experience: 4–7 Years

• Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing youth and leadership programs.
• Experience in managing stakeholders, programs, teams, and budgets.
• Experience in developing partnerships with universities, schools, NGOs, corporate organizations, and government institutions.
• Fundraising and proposal-writing experience will be preferred.

• Strategic ability to build a 3–5 year Youth & Leadership strategy for AWF.
• Program design from concept to execution.
• Strong understanding of M&E and impact evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Strong public speaking and facilitation abilities.
• Networking and partnership development.
• Event planning and development.
• Digital tools for learning and community engagement.

• A seasoned leader with a strong network in Pakistan’s youth and education sectors.
• Passionate about shaping the future generation of leaders.
• Able to plan AWF’s 3–5 flagship programs, define KPIs, and measure their impact.
