The selected candidate will manage and support book publishing and educational content production activities, including manuscript development, editing, pre-press, printing, and distribution.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Pakistan’s local publishing industry and children’s literature landscape.
• Experience with the complete publishing process, including manuscript development, design, pre-press, printing, and distribution.
• Proficiency in MS Office and design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills in English and Urdu.
• Experience working with public education systems, NGOs, or literacy projects.
• Knowledge of book leveling systems and familiarity with foundational literacy frameworks.
• Existing networks within the publishing and education sectors.
