Qualifications

• Minimum Intermediate / High School qualification.
• Relevant retail or sales certification will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and professional personality.
• Basic knowledge of footwear sizes, styles, and product features.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge is preferred.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in footwear or fashion retail.
• Experience assisting customers with product selection, sizing, and recommendations.
• Previous experience in POS billing, cash handling, and sales documentation will be preferred.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication and customer-service skills may also be considered.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
• Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
