Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a relevant discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in HR, quality assurance, compliance, or process improvement.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
Sound understanding of HR policies, procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of or experience with recognized quality, accreditation, and sustainability standards, including:
ISO
Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC)
Joint Commission International (JCI)
Sustainability Standards
Support compliance assessments, internal audits, documentation reviews, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and established quality standards.
Identify compliance gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical, documentation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related workplace tools.
