Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a relevant discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in HR, quality assurance, compliance, or process improvement.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Sound understanding of HR policies, procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of or experience with recognized quality, accreditation, and sustainability standards, including:
  • ISO
  • Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC)
  • Joint Commission International (JCI)
  • Sustainability Standards
• Support compliance assessments, internal audits, documentation reviews, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and established quality standards.
• Identify compliance gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, documentation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related workplace tools.
