📋 Job Requirements

🎓 Qualification

• Minimum Graduation is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or another relevant field from an HEC-recognized university or reputable foreign university will be preferred.

💼 Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Sales (Liabilities/Consumer) within a Commercial Bank.
• Candidates with Branch Manager experience in Islamic Banking will be preferred.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee branch operations and day-to-day banking activities.
• Drive retail sales, liability and consumer banking business.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure achievement of branch business and sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and support branch staff to deliver quality customer service.
