Faysal Bank Limited is seeking a motivated Relationship Officer to support branch sales, customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and cross-selling activities. The role involves managing existing customer relationships, promoting relevant banking products, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving assigned business targets.

The Relationship Officer will also ensure compliance with KYC, CDD, AML, and CFT requirements while maintaining accurate customer records and documentation. This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for fresh graduates with strong communication, customer service, relationship management, and target-oriented skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the existing liability portfolio and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve assigned deposit mobilization, cross-sell, and new-to-bank targets.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, CDD, AML, and CFT requirements during account onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and due diligence documentation.
• Build professional relationships to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Promote relevant banking products and services to support branch business growth.
• Work effectively under pressure while meeting targets and maintaining compliance standards.
