Stylo is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr. Manager – Sourcing to lead and strengthen sourcing operations across the organization. The role involves developing sourcing strategies, building strong supplier relationships, optimizing costs, ensuring product availability, and improving overall supply chain performance.

The selected candidate will work closely with Merchandising, Planning, Product Development, and Operations teams to align sourcing activities with business objectives while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with business objectives
• Lead vendor management, supplier development, and negotiation activities
• Optimize costs and support effective budget management
• Monitor OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance and supply planning
• Improve sourcing efficiency through process improvement initiatives
• Strengthen supplier relationships and support risk mitigation
• Conduct forecasting, analysis, and problem-solving for sourcing decisions
• Use Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools effectively
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and coordinate multiple projects
• Lead teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Sourcing and Vendor Management
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
