National Foods Limited is seeking a Zonal Sales Manager – Kohat to coordinate sales activities within the assigned geographical zone, achieve zonal sales targets, and effectively manage a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned zone in line with revenue targets.
• Work with the Regional Sales Manager to cascade and achieve regional sales targets.
• Monitor and report Territory Sales team performance against assigned targets.
• Support the development of effective route-to-market strategies.
• Monitor zonal spending against budgets and report significant variances.
• Build strong business relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other channel partners.
• Regularly assess distributor performance and conduct market visits.
• Identify opportunities to expand National Foods' presence in underserved markets.
• Support distributor negotiations regarding pricing and sales agreement terms.
• Monitor implementation of distributor agreements according to agreed terms.
• Collaborate with Marketing and QIRD teams to evaluate new and existing product categories.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with Territory Sales Managers.
• Provide training, guidance, and oversight to TSMs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changing consumer preferences.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
