• Travel: The role requires extensive field engagement, with approximately 20% travel within the assigned district.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Ensure effective day-to-day implementation of projects in the assigned district.
• Execute approved work plans and achieve district targets and deliverables.
• Coordinate with project healthcare service providers and monitor their performance.
• Follow up on service delivery, documentation, and operational issues.
• Monitor clinic establishment/construction against approved plans, maps, quality standards, and timelines.
• Lead and oversee community mobilization and outreach activities.
• Coordinate trainings, meetings, community activities, and project events.
• Maintain coordination with district-level government stakeholders and participate in relevant coordination forums.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project data, trackers, and documentation.
• Ensure timely availability of medicines, commodities, and other required supplies.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
