Mobilink Microfinance Bank is looking for a Relationship Officer Asset to drive sales growth, develop strong customer relationships, promote banking products, and ensure responsible loan booking and collection activities in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales and service plans to achieve assigned growth targets.
• Develop relationships with customers and promote relevant banking products.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining ethical and professional standards.
• Identify business opportunities and conduct market assessments.
• Evaluate customer profiles and creditworthiness using established credit principles.
• Conduct physical verification of prospective clients.
• Ensure proper communication of product terms and conditions.
• Support proactive loan collection and encourage timely repayments.
• Prepare field activity plans and conduct regular customer meetings.
• Conduct loan booking in compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Ensure safe handling of customer and legal documents.
• Report suspected fraud or potential financial losses to the relevant management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, bank SOPs, and applicable SBP regulations.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and recommend service improvements based on customer feedback.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution; MBA will be preferred.
• Experience: Preferably 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills are preferred.
