Department: Pakistan Men’s National Cricket Team

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is seeking an experienced and skilled Fielding Coach to join the Pakistan Men’s National Cricket Team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the fielding skills of Pakistan’s national team players.

Required Education, Competencies & Experience

• Minimum Level II Cricket Coaching Accreditation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar cricketing role with elite cricketers, national, franchise, or international teams.
• Excellent understanding of fielding techniques, game analysis, and player development.
• Proven experience in monitoring and evaluating modern fielding systems and processes.
• Experience coaching athletes/cricketers to required international standards.
• Strong planning, organizing, execution, and management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and coaching software will be an added advantage.
