📋 Job Responsibilities

• Manage and handle the Bank’s litigation portfolio to protect its legal rights and interests.
• Vet plaints, suits, petitions, writ petitions, appeals, replications and other legal documents.
• Handle matters before judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
• Provide legal support for settlements and compromise agreements.
• Support SAM and Operations teams in contentious matters.
• Coordinate with external counsels and relevant business units for litigation matters.
• Attend important court proceedings and prepare case briefs.
• Assist in improving MIS for the litigation portfolio.
• Provide day-to-day legal support to the Chief Legal Officer, Head of Litigation and Management.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum LLB or relevant degree from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university or institute.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with knowledge of banking laws.
Age: Up to 55 years as of the application date.
