🎓 Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

💼 Experience

2–3 years of relevant experience in inventory audit, stock control, bakery/food production, FMCG, warehouse, or retail operations is preferred.

📋 Job Description

• Conduct regular physical stock counts of raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and production inventory.
• Reconcile physical stock with ERP/system records and investigate inventory variances.
• Monitor ingredient consumption against production output and approved recipes/BOMs.
• Review wastage, damages, expiries, returns, and production losses.
• Verify stock receiving, issuance, transfers, and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO and inventory control procedures.
• Identify unusual stock movements, shortages, and control gaps and report findings.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Finance, and Inventory teams to resolve variances.
• Prepare inventory audit, variance, wastage, and stock reconciliation reports.
• Support periodic stock audits and recommend improvements in inventory controls.
