United Charter Schools (UCS) is seeking an experienced Manager Business Development to lead business expansion and franchise development initiatives across the Northern Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Design territory and distribution plans for the rollout of UCS campuses in the Northern Region.
• Present and promote the UCS franchise model to prospective and new investors.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and increase revenue.
• Manage and expand the network of franchise campuses across the Northern Region.
• Conduct market surveys and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and potential threats.
• Analyze competitors and customers to identify and explore potential markets.
• Develop and maintain a reliable marketing information system, including statistics, target-market information, and competitor research.
• Develop and implement communication campaigns through appropriate media to attract prospective investors.
• Monitor business KPIs closely and ensure achievement of defined targets.
