Mercy Corps is seeking a Finance Intern – Hyderabad (Replacement Hire) to support the Finance Department in day-to-day financial and administrative activities. This opportunity is particularly suitable for fresh graduates seeking practical experience in finance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • File finance vouchers in appropriate files.
  • Scan vouchers and organize them in designated digital folders.
  • Tag monthly bank and cash files.
  • Organize and archive financial records in the warehouse.
  • Prepare an inventory list of financial records.
  • Support the provision of documents to FBR and auditors.
  • Ensure completeness of documents in respective files.
  • Assist with financial reviews and vendor/employee payment processing.
  • Perform data entry in finance software.
  • Support Finance Department activities as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with Mercy Corps policies and procedures.
  • Support administrative and financial systems at the field level.
  • Uphold the Mercy Corps Code of Ethics and zero-tolerance policy toward corruption.
  • Follow organizational security procedures and policies.
  • Participate in humanitarian and emergency response activities when required.
  • Maintain professional conduct and support Mercy Corps’ humanitarian mission.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a relevant discipline.

  • Familiarity with MS Office.
