Mercy Corps is seeking a Finance Intern – Hyderabad (Replacement Hire) to support the Finance Department in day-to-day financial and administrative activities. This opportunity is particularly suitable for fresh graduates seeking practical experience in finance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- File finance vouchers in appropriate files.
- Scan vouchers and organize them in designated digital folders.
- Tag monthly bank and cash files.
- Organize and archive financial records in the warehouse.
- Prepare an inventory list of financial records.
- Support the provision of documents to FBR and auditors.
- Ensure completeness of documents in respective files.
- Assist with financial reviews and vendor/employee payment processing.
- Perform data entry in finance software.
- Support Finance Department activities as assigned by the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with Mercy Corps policies and procedures.
- Support administrative and financial systems at the field level.
- Uphold the Mercy Corps Code of Ethics and zero-tolerance policy toward corruption.
- Follow organizational security procedures and policies.
- Participate in humanitarian and emergency response activities when required.
- Maintain professional conduct and support Mercy Corps’ humanitarian mission.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a relevant discipline.
